Weeping Tree

Weeping tree isn't technically a monster or is it live (at least we don't see that it will move) it is very mysterious thing. We don't know is it just Tree with scary silhouette or it is some sort of a fossil from past. It is located inside a little swamp and is guarded by a creature called Mud Monster - Mud Monster is Tree's guardian and protector.

Director Ismael J Orozco wanted something that would be scary and mystical - and yet something that could be build even with limited budget of indie movie. So I've decided to play with an idea that although it is a tree, from certain angles it resemble on some sort of disfigured woman figure with large breasts - like Venus of Willendorf. Inspired by Guillermo del Toro and H.P. Lovecraft.
