Plasma gun turret (CIWS)
Plasma gun is a subtype of raygun that using thermal transfer is able to fire a stream of plasma - weapon can cause serious burns resulting in immediate death of living creatures or melting/evaporation of other materials.
This is autonomous unit, that can operate for prolong period of time guarding or defending perimeter/point. Unit can operate alone or in network with same type of units or other similar units. Unit is operational in all weather conditions.
